The freezing procedure is submitted to the physician upon their departure from the Kingdom, either in person or through a duly executed power of attorney.

- Personal appearance of the doctor (or a duly authorized proxy, if personal appearance is not possible)
- Settlement of all financial obligations due up to the date of the request.
- Proof of travel abroad (employment contract / visa / certified official document)
