Legislations

About our legislation:

The legislation of the Medical Association – Jerusalem Center is the legal framework that sets out the Association's objectives, powers and responsibilities. It is drawn up in coordination with the competent authorities to organise the medical profession in the interest of physicians, protect their professional rights and serve the Palestinian community in the best possible way.

Laws:

The Association's laws are the main reference for organising physicians' professional practice. They set the professional and ethical standards physicians must uphold, helping to ensure fairness and excellent medical services for the community.

Regulations:

The Association's regulations are the internal rules and procedures that govern the work of the Association and its members. They aim to improve administrative efficiency, keep day-to-day operations running smoothly and strengthen coordination between the Association's committees.

Annual Report:

The annual report reviews the Association's main achievements and activities during the year, along with its efforts to improve the services it offers physicians and to advance the profession.
