Doctors Login Instructions

1- You can login only if you are a registered doctor in the association.
2- If you are a registered doctor , please log in with the following instructions :-
Username : Association No.
Password : First 3 letters from your arabic name followed with your association no.

Example : If your name is "خالد احمد محمد" and your association no. is 0000 then your password will be خال0000
